Roofers pay us, you don't. When you send a request through this site or by calling (919) 555-0176, we pass your details to one independent roofer who serves your area. That roofer pays us a fee for the referral. You never pay us anything, and you never receive anything from us: no gift cards, rebates, credits, discounts or rewards of any kind.

We are not a roofing company. This site does no roofing work, does not employ roofers, signs no contracts and never takes over an insurance claim. Any estimate, contract or warranty comes from the roofer, and the choice to hire them is yours alone.

What we don't claim. North Carolina has no roofer-only license, so we don't describe roofers as state-approved. On a job of $40,000 or more, the work must be done by a General Contractor licensed by the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors, and you can check that license yourself. For any job, ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation, references and a written itemized contract.

A word on deductibles. If anyone offers to cover or waive your insurance deductible, treat it as a red flag. Neither this site nor the roofers it refers you to should make that offer.
